How I can help

About me

I’m Rosie, a Trainee Health Psychologist specialising in the psychological impact of coeliac disease.

I care about helping people feel understood, not judged, in the parts of coeliac disease that are often invisible to others.

My work focuses on the emotional, social, and day-to-day challenges that often go overlooked, from adjusting to diagnosis and managing food-related anxiety, to supporting professionals and teams in creating safer, more supportive experiences.

I work with individuals, healthcare teams, and hospitality services to bring psychological thinking into coeliac care, helping people feel more confident, improving engagement, and building trust in everyday interactions.

My work is grounded in health psychology and focused on practical, real-world change.
